I am totally cunfused. You have been using Extruded Polystrene, and telling us that Foamed in place Urethane is no good. Now you are selling it. What going on????? Why?
U.S. Cooler has been using some form of Polystyrene insulation in our manufacturing process since our inception in 1986. U.S. Cooler will continue to produce extruded polystyrene products and our position has not changed; extruded polystyrene is the best insulation for walk-in coolers and freezers.
As any good business does, we are always seeking new ways to serve our customers better and stay competitive in the marketplace. One of these ways is to provide additional services to our customers and dealers. Recently, we have added foamed-in-place polyurethane to our product offering. U.S. Cooler is now producing both extruded polystyrene and foamed-in-place polyurethane panels; allowing the customer to decide which insulation they want their walk-in manufactured with.
Although we are offering both products, U.S. Cooler still believes extruded polystyrene is the superior product for our industry. However, there are some customers that have a different opinion. In order to serve those customers, we are now producing high-quality foamed-in-place polyurethane coolers and freezers.
By adding a new product line to our manufacturing capabilities our product excellence has not changed. U.S. Cooler still provides the same premium, high-quality products and customer service we have been offering for over 25 years. All our panels come with our standard 10 year warranty.
